For as long as I can remember, I have had a deep interest in how people move through transition and change. My own early experiences of transition shaped me profoundly and sparked a lasting fascination with the inner process of letting go (endings), Reorienting (The middle wilderness), and finding a new way forward (new beginnings).
That curiosity has stayed with me ever since and now sits at the heart of my work. I'm passionate about supporting people through these in-between moments with calm, presence, honesty, and care - helping them make sense of where they are and walk forward with greater clarity and intention.
My Coaching style is gentle, reflective, and grounded in real life. I don't offer quick fixes or prescriptive answers; instead, I create a steady space where you can slow down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Our work together is collaborative and paced to suit you, many of my clients choose longer-term coaching, valuing the flexibility if offers - sessions can be drawn down as life unfolds, allowing support when it's most needed rather than to a fixed schedule, supporting you to navigate change and transition with clarity, build quiet courage and confidence, and shape a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
